For Premium member, your files will be stored forever until you delete them yourself or violate terms of service. If you are a Free user, your files are stored as long as they are being downloaded. If a file was not downloaded for 30 days, it gets deleted automatically.
Which files are allowed to be uploaded?
You can host/upload files that do not violate our terms of service or the laws of concerned countries. This means that files violating copyrights, are forbidden and will be removed as soon as we notice. If you see such files on Bigupload, we would be glad if you notify us: Simply report an abuse on the button of every page.
Why upload process was disconnected when I visited one of the sponsors?
Be sure to right click on the sponsored links while uploading, then choose to open it in a new window. Otherwise your upload process would be interrupted.
Where can I find the link to my file?
You will see it in the upper right corner(Download page:) once your upload is completed. If you enter your email address before uploading, you will also receive an email with both the file and its delete link. This is strongly recommended to mange your file storage.
Can I include links to uploaded images directly in HTML files?
Unfortunately, this type of hot linking will not work with Bigupload. Like most major free services on the Internet, Bigupload has to assure that our traffic can be paid for. If the images are embedded directly, we would have no chance to show any advertising.
I want to delete my uploaded files, how can I do it?
If you entered your email address when uploaded a file, Bigupload was automatically emailed you two links: a link to download the file, and message with private delete link URL.
If I enter my email address during upload a file. Will I receive a spam?
No, we do not sell your address to third parties. If we expand upload, Bigupload we might send a notification newsletter to you about new features. Entering your email address is also necessary if you want to delete your file.
Why do I see a countdown of 30 seconds when trying to download a file?
We will give you the opportunity to look at our sponsored links, which is essential to pay for the services. Afterwards, you may click on the download button and get the file. If you don't like to wait 30 seconds just order Bigupload Premium Account without counter.
Which download managers can I use?
You may use any of the major accelerators, a few popular ones are: Speedget, Download Accelerator Plus, GetRight, FlashGet and GoZilla also try google file download manager.
I cannot download files at all! What is wrong?
If you do not have a Bigupload Premium Account, disable any download accelerators, it should help in most cases. Also make sure JavaScript is enabled. If you using AOL, which does not offer a real internet connection, or the files may have been removed for violating our terms of service.
I have a T3 ISP connection, why download speed is too low(50kbs)?
You can try to download a test 16MB file(click here to download). There is a lastest speed results (tested from several geo locations) :
As you can see from this image the average download speed was about 474kbs. This means that its a problem of your ISP provider not Bigupload.
TIP: Try to contact your ISP provider about his situation.
Why can't I connect to Bigupload with our LAN IP (one IP for many users), but I can connect using some proxy servers?
We limit the number of simultaneous connections per IP address to prevent people from abusing our service. You need to use your own unique IP address, rather than to use an IP or proxy server shared by hundreds of others. This problem may also occur when using an ISP with a forced proxy, like AOL. In some cases it may temporarily help to use another, not widely used proxy. Try google daily proxy list.
Why am i getting "Service Temporarily Unavailable"
A you are only allowed to upload/download 1 file at a time
other requests from the same user are rejected.
